The Kanya Utthan Yojana is a great welfare scheme launched by the government of Bihar to help the Female students with financial assistance. The application process started on April 15, 2024. Initially the application deadline was given on May 15, 2024. Later the application deadline was extended and the final deadline is given on June 15, 2024. Kanya Utthan Yojana Benefits 

Through the Kanya Utthan Yojana 2024, the government of Bihar will provide a large number of benefits to its applicants. Girls and women who apply for the Kanya Utthan Yojana will get several benefits from the government; depending on the situation, benefits can be one-time or renewable.

• More than 1.5 crore girls have applied and got the benefits of this Yojana.

• The students will get ₹25,000 as educational support from the government fund.

Kanya Utthan Yojana Eligibility Criterias 

The authorities of the Kanya Utthan Scheme have given some eligibility criterias, based upon which, the applicants will be shortlisted as beneficiaries for the Kanya Utthan Yojana. • The applicant must be a female student.

Kanya Utthan Yojana Application Process 2024

After you’ve checked all the Eligibility Criterias, you’ll have to apply to be a beneficiary of this scheme. The application deadline was given on May 15, 2024, previously. The date was extended to June 15, 2024 for maximum participation. The applicants are advised to complete their application process as soon as feasible, or the student may miss their opportunity to get the benefits of this scheme. The step by step guide for the application process is given below. Follow these instructions carefully:

• Visit the official website of Kanya Utthan Yojana or follow the link @https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in.

• On the homepage, find the option that says “Click here to apply for the INTER 2024 scholarship”.

• Once you’ve clicked on the option, you’ll be redirected to the registration page.

• Complete your registration with details such as your Mobile number & email. Generate OTP & create password.

• After the registration is complete, you’ll have to log into the portal.

• Complete the login process with the credentials generated previously during registration.

• Now come to the application link again and click on it.

• This time, you’ll be redirected to the official application form.

• Fill out the application form with required personal details, such as your name, address, age, etc. then add your educational details such as, your school name, board, intermediate examination year, marks & percentage achieved in the examination etc. Submit your bank details such as, account number, IFSC code, branch name, branch code etc.

• Next, upload the required documents. 

• Finally submit your application after giving it a quick recheck.
