TN TRB Assistant Professors Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

- Assistant Professor Engineering:
B.E or B.Tech and M.E or M.Tech is required in relevant Engineering or Technology branch with first class or of same level.
- Assistant Professor Arts & Science:
Post Graduate degree in relevant subject is required with at least 55% marks and should be qualified in any of NET/ SLET/ SET / SLST / CSIR / JRF as per the UGC Norms.
- Assistant Professor Law:
Requires MA degree and Master’s degree in Law with at least 55% marks. NET or similar level test qualification is also required. Candidates with a Ph.D. are not mandatory of NET/SLET/SET requirements.

- Candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for Documents Verification. In this stage, the certificate and other documents submitted during the application process will be verified.
- For Assistant Professor Law:
