Experience:

Executive/HR (contract):

• The candidate must have an experience of at least 6 months working in Railway Infrastructure PSU, under a listed company as Regular/Outsourced/Contractual basis.

• The candidate must have clear knowledge on SAP-HCM in core HR & payroll, Personnel administration, Organizational management, Time management & Payroll processing.

• The candidate must have experience working in an E-Office ambience.

• The candidates must have experience in managing HR/Establishment related works such as Recruitment, Hiring,  Promotion, Increments, Holding DPC etc.

ExecutiveHR & IT (contract):

• The candidate must have at least 4 years of working experience, out of which 2 years must be in Railway Infrastructure PSU under a listed company as Regular/Outsourced/Contractual basis.

• The candidate must have clear knowledge on SAP-HCM in core HR & payroll, Personnel administration, Organizational management, Time management & Payroll processing.

• The candidate must have experience working in an E-Office ambience.
