TS EAMCET Counselling 2024, Registration , Schedule, Documents Required and Fee

The Notification for TS EAMCET Counselling 2024 is expected to be released in the month of June. The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will soon launch the official notification, after which the aspirants who cleared the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance examination will be able to participate in the counselling and will complete their Registration, Documents Verification, Choice Filling and other necessary steps for admission. TS EAMCET Counseling 2024

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education will conduct the EAMCET Counseling 2024 in the upcoming month of June. The Counselling will be done online at the official website of TS EAMCET. Candidates who participated and cleared the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance examination will be able to participate in the Counselling.

Students who come to the counselling will have to first complete their Registration for the counselling. After the registration is complete the students will have to verify their documents. Next, the students will get to choose the institutions according to their eligibility through the choice filling process. Finally the students will be sent for a visit to the institute after the registration fee payment of the student is done.

The TS EAMCET Counseling process will be conducted in a few simple phases. 

• Registration:

The registration process is the first step of the TS EAMCET Counseling process. The registration process is completely online. The students need to fill in their basic details including some personal and academic details. After that the student will have to complete the payment of the processing fee. Finally they must book a  slot for any Helpline center and select a date & time for their document verification.

• Document Verification:

The document verification is the second important step for Counselling. The candidates will have to come to the chosen Helpline Center on behalf of their booked slot. Here they’ll have to bring all the necessary documents for verification. 

• Choice Filling:

After the document verification is complete, the students will be able to perform the choice filling. They’ll get to choose the institutions and courses according to their eligibility determined via the TS EAMCET examination.

• Seat Allotment:

This procedure is completed by the authorities of the TS EAMCET. Based on the performance, merit, rank, seat availability and choices filled the authorities will allot seats to the candidates to get admission.

• Self Reporting:

After getting a seat alloted by the TS EAMCET authorities, the candidates will have to report to the allotted institution online. 

• Admission Fee Payment:

After Self Reporting online, the student will have to complete his/her admission fee payment before the given deadline to confirm their acceptance on the allotted seats.

One important thing to note is, the counselling will be mostly done according to the merit list. The candidates who ranked higher will be called in the Counselling first. There’re of course some exceptions, such as physically disabled students will be prioritized first. But aside from that, the candidates ranking higher will be given the first choice.

TS EAMCET Counselling Registration Process 2024

• Visit the official portal for Registration provided by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education.

• Inside the portal, navigate to the “Candidate Registration” section.

• Here, in the registration form provide accurate details about your personal information, contact information, EAMCET hall ticket number, EAMCET rank etc.

• Next, pay the processing fee for the registration via any of the accepted payment methods.

• Finally book a Schedule for Document Verification, Choose Helpline center and choose a date for the verification.

TS EAMCET Counselling Documents Required 

After the student has scheduled his/her Helpline Center through the online registration process, the student will have to bring the required documents to verify the validity of the details put by the candidate in the registration form. The required documents include following:

• Aadhar Card

• TS EAMCET Rank Card

• TS EAMCET Hall Ticket

• Intermediate Examination Marksheet

• Transfer Certificate from the Last Institute

• SSC or equivalent Marksheet

• Caste Certificate (if available)

• Study Certificate from class 6th to 10’th.

• Income certificate as of January 01, 2024.

• Residential Certificate

• Minority Certificate (if available)

• PH/NCC/Games/Sports certificate (optional).
